1. Freshness Guarantee
We take pride in the quality of our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the freshness or quality of your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt for a refund or exchange. This applies only to products that are unused and in their original condition.
2. Custom Orders
For custom cakes, pastries, or orders, we require a non-refundable deposit at the time of order. We will work with you to ensure your satisfaction, but once the order has been prepared, we are unable to accept returns or offer a refund unless there is an error on our part (e.g., incorrect design or ingredients).
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or contains an error (such as incorrect items or missing components), please contact us within 24 hours with a photo of the item(s) in question. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
4. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Refunds are typically issued for the cost of the product, minus any delivery fees.
5. Non-refundable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for opened or consumed items, such as cupcakes, cookies, or other products that have been eaten or altered in any way.
6. Change of Mind
If you simply change your mind about a purchase, we are unable to issue a refund. We encourage you to reach out ahead of time to ensure the product you are ordering meets your needs.
7. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time. Deposits for custom orders are non-refundable once the order is in preparation.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us via our email address.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Mukkulla, 15240, Lahti.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
