1. How do I place an order?
You can place an order directly on our website or visit us in person at our bakery. To order online, simply browse our menu, select your items, and proceed to checkout. For custom orders (cakes, large orders), please contact us in advance through our order form or by calling.
2. Do you offer delivery?
Yes! We offer free delivery within Lahti, so feel free to order online. We do not have any delivery outside Lahti.
3. Can I customize my order?
Absolutely! We offer a variety of customization options for cakes, cupcakes, and other baked goods. For special requests, please get in touch with us at least 5 days before your required date. Custom orders include personalized designs, flavors, and sizes.
4. What are your business hours?
Our bakery is open during the following hours:
- Monday to Friday: 9 am- 21 pm
- Saturday: 10 am- 19pm
- Sunday: 10 am- 19pm
You can also order online at any time, and we’ll prepare your order for pickup or delivery during business hours.
5. Do you offer gluten-free or vegan options?
Yes, we have a selection of gluten-free and vegan baked goods available! Please check our products online, or feel free to ask about specific dietary needs when placing your order. We are committed to providing delicious options for everyone.
6. How can I pay for my order?
We accept the following payment methods:

Payments for custom orders may require a deposit or full payment upfront, depending on the size and nature of the order.

If you need to make changes or cancel an order, please let us know as soon as possible. For standard orders, we can accommodate changes up to 24 hours before your pickup or delivery time. Yes, we offer gift cards in various denominations. You can purchase them in-store or online, and they can be redeemed for any products at the bakery.
